Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based totally out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), including their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
